The HSE University pass card allows entry into all HSE University buildings, including dorms.
You can obatin your pass card at the Access Control Office at 3 Bolshoy Trekhsvyatitelskiy Pereulok, room 114 (Monday - Friday 10:00 - 17:30; lunch break 13:00 - 14:00; Saturday, Sunday - closed) after receiving a certificate of enrollment from SIMO.

If you lose your pass and need immediate access to an HSE building, please contact SIMO either at international.study@hse.ru or by phone +7 495 772-95-90* 27806 to order a single-entry pass.  You will need to show your passport at the security post.  

A non-notarised passport translation may be required at the banks.

E-mail your request to Expert Translation Centre (translation@hse.ru) with the passport and visa scans attached.

If you wish to borrow books to read at home or use HSE e-resources, you need to obtain a library card number.

2. Register to get remote access to e-resources
3. You will be able to keep track of the books your borrow in your account in the HSE App X app.
