Tuition is free for exchange students.
Students themselves must cover all personal expenses, including:
- flights
- accommodation (in an HSE dormitory or independently rented housing)
- meals
- public transport
- mandatory medical examination, photography and fingerprinting
- any required medical treatment
- purchase of a health insurance policy
- textbooks and study materials
- all other expenses
All exchange and visiting students must stay in an HSE dormitory. The cost is approximately 3000 rubles per month. Rooms are shared by 2-3 students of the same gender. To check in, students need a health certificate obtained before arriving in Moscow.
There are no compulsory courses for exchange students at HSE University. The curriculum is compiled independently from the courses available to exchange students at HSE University, based on the requirements of the home university. No, there is no scholarship. Please ask the international office of your home university for information on scholarships.
