How it works
— HSE students from a certain campus, faculty or department are eligible to apply;
— Mastering a part of a HSE degree program at a partner university during 3-10 months ;
— The grades and credits gained at a partner university are transferred into the HSE grading system;
— The transferred disciplines are included into your HSE transcript (diploma) with an indication of a partner university.

Partner universities offer tuition free education within faculty/department-level agreements.
Students, whose applications were approved, are nominated for an exchange and recommended for a scholarship. The final decision about whom to award with a scholarship is made by a partner university. The grant covers travel expenses and provides a monthly allowance at a partner university for the whole period of exchange.
