To participate in an in-person or mixed exchange programme you need to submit the following documents to SIMO (University level Call) or to the coordinator of mobility/study office (Faculty level Call) at least 4 weeks prior to your departure to the host country: 

• Application for participation in academic mobility;
• Consent form for outgoing academic mobility; 
• Acceptance letter from the partner university; 
• Individual Study Plan for the mobility period (consult with you Study Office). 

To participate in an online exhange programme you need to submit the following document to SIMO (University level Call) or to the coordinator of mobility/study office (Faculty level Call) at least 4 weeks prior to the mobility start date:

• Application for participation in academic mobility (where you indicate that you are going to participate in online mobility)
• Acceptance letter from the partner university;
• Individual Study Plan for the mobility period (consult with your Study Office).
