֎ SIMO accepts applications in the Call.

֎ You may apply max. to 2 universities from the list of the Stage 1. In your application, universities are to be put in order of priority

֎ A package of documents is to be submitted via the LMS Single window service. Deadline is 15 February (11:59 p.m.).  

SIMO informs you of the results. Notification will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in your application in the LMS Single window service..

• If none of your applications is approved, you can take part in the Stage 2 of the Call (begins on 23 February).
• If one of your applications is approved, you should inform SIMO of your decision (confirm/decline) within 3 days after getting the notification.
• If both applications are approved, your 1st priority is to be taken into account. You should inform SIMO of your decision (confirm/decline) within 3 days after getting the notification.

If your application is approved and you confrim that you are ready to participate in the mobility:

1. Wait for SIMO confirmation that the nomination has been sent to the host university.

2. Obtain instructions from the host university to register in their internal systems.

3. Register at the host university.

4. Start preparing to participate in mobility.

5. If you change your mind please inform SIMO.
