How to apply
Call for applications for participation in mobility in the Fall 2024 semester will be held in 3 stages (waves) - from February 5 to May 15, 2024, including announcement of the results.
In each stage of the Call, you can apply to 2 universities. In case of a negative decision on the application, a new application to the other 2 universities may be submitted in the next wave, and so on.
NB! At all stages, there are different lists of universities, deadlines for accepting applications and announcing results. Details are given below.

Stage 1 - completed!
February 5 - February 25
֎ SIMO accepts applications in the Call.
֎ You may apply max. to 2 universities from the list of the Stage 1. In your application, universities are to be put in order of priority
֎ A package of documents is to be submitted via the LMS Single window service. Deadline is February 25 (11:59 p.m.).
After March 4
SIMO informs you of the results. Notification will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in your application in the LMS Single window service..
- If none of your applications is approved, you can take part in the Stage 2 of the Call (begins on March 4).
- If one of your applications is approved, you should inform SIMO of your decision (confirm/decline) within 3 days after getting the notification.
- If both applications are approved, your 1st priority is to be taken into account. You should inform SIMO of your decision (confirm/decline) within 3 days after getting the notification.
After March 15
If your application is approved and you confrim that you are ready to participate in the mobility:
1. Wait for SIMO confirmation that the nomination has been sent to the host university.
2. Obtain instructions from the host university to register in their internal systems.
3. Register at the host university.
4. Start preparing to participate in mobility.
5. If you change your mind please inform SIMO.

Stage 2 - completed!
March 4 - March 24

֎ You may apply max. to 2 universities from the list of the Stage 2. In your application, universities are to be put in order of priority
֎ A package of documents is to be submitted via the LMS Single window service. Deadline is March 24 (11:59 p.m.).
After April 1
SIMO informs you of the results. Notification will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in your application in the LMS Single window service..
- If none of your applications is approved, you can take part in the Stage 3 of the Call (begins on April 1).
- If one of your applications is approved, you should inform SIMO of your decision (confirm/decline) within 3 days after getting the notification.
- If both applications are approved, your 1st priority is to be taken into account. You should inform SIMO of your decision (confirm/decline) within 3 days after getting the notification.
After April 15
If your application is approved and you confrim that you are ready to participate in the mobility:
1. Wait for SIMO confirmation that the nomination has been sent to the host university.

3. Register at the host university.
4. Start preparing to participate in mobility.
5. If you change your mind please inform SIMO.

April 1 - April 21

֎ You may apply max. to 2 universities from the list of the Stage 3. In your application, universities are to be put in order of priority
֎ A package of documents is to be submitted via the LMS Single window service. Deadline is April 21 (11:59 p.m.).
After May 2
SIMO informs you of the results. Notification will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in your application in the LMS Single window service..
- If none of your applications is approved, you can start preparing to the next Call for Spring 2025 (starts in September 2024).
- If one of your applications is approved, you should inform SIMO of your decision (confirm/decline) within 3 days after getting the notification.
- If both applications are approved, your 1st priority is to be taken into account. You should inform SIMO of your decision (confirm/decline) within 3 days after getting the notification.
After May 15
If your application is approved and you confrim that you are ready to participate in the mobility:
1. Wait for SIMO confirmation that the nomination has been sent to the host university.
2. Obtain instructions from the host university to register in their internal systems.
3. Register at the host university.
4. Start preparing to participate in mobility.
5. If you change your mind please inform SIMO.
