Tuition is free for exchange students.
Students themselves must cover all personal expenses, including:
- flights
- accommodation (in an HSE dormitory or independently rented housing)
- meals
- public transport
- mandatory medical examination, photography and fingerprinting
- any required medical treatment
- purchase of a health insurance policy
- textbooks and study materials
- all other expenses
HSE University guarantees all exchange and visiting students a place in one of its dormitories. The cost is approximately 3000 rubles per month. Accommodation is in rooms for 2–3 people, either all-female or all-male. To check in to the dormitory, students need a health certificate obtained before arriving in Moscow.
Alternatively, students are free to arrange other accommodation in the city.
There are no compulsory courses for exchange students at HSE University. The curriculum is compiled independently from the courses available to exchange students at HSE University, based on the requirements of the home university. No, there is no scholarship. Please ask the international office of your home university for information on scholarships.
