What Should I Do With My Mobility Programme (Spring 2021)?

Dear students, 

In his statement of 15 December 2020 Vice Rector I. V. Prostakov recommends you to avoid unnecessary risks, refrain from leaving Russia and join classes at host universities online at least until classes are held offline again.

You can monitor the situation in your partner universities using the links in the table attached. The decision-making scheme will assist you to work out your further action plan.

To participate in the exchange online please submit the following document to your Study Office at least 2 weeks prior to the mobility start date:

  1. Application for participation in academic mobility (where you mark that you are going to participate in online mobility)
  2. Acceptance letter from the partner university;
  3. Individual Study Plan for the mobility period. 

To participate in the exchange offline/mixed you need to submit the following documents to your Study Office at least 1 month prior to the mobility start date: 

  1. Application for participation in academic mobility;
  2. Consent form for outgoing academic mobility; 
  3. Acceptance letter from the partner university; 
  4. Individual Study Plan for the mobility period.
