Students, whose applications were approved by HSE Selection committee, are nominated for an exchange and recommended for a scholarship. The final decision about whom to award with a scholarship is made by a partner university. The grant covers travel expenses and provides a monthly allowance at a partner university for the whole period of exchange.
— Students may be awarded with the HSE scholarship, provided they do not have any other financial support and meet the eligibility requirements.
